      Pros

      Job security,More overtime than you could ask for.

      Cons

      If you don't work overtime forget about getting far here. Greedy owner sold out too big corporation and they are basically gutting this place and turning it into a Walmart for the aerospace industry. Compensation for work performed is lackluster and room for advancement depends on your level of butt kissing to put it lightly.Unless you get a job in Sonic here you will be constantly lifting heavy metal parts and basically doing labor intensive work for little pay.

      Pros

      The type of work is enjoyable. The other techs are enjoyable to work with. There is potential to learn a lot if management would allow growth

      Cons

      The environment is hazardous to health and management does not care. 2 1/2 years of breathing jet fuel and smoke. Zero safety rules actually followed. Management turns the other cheek and lets anything fly. No accountability for anyone's actions

      There used to be pros working here, but they always make a plan to work towards advancement and then nothing ever happens because of short staff.

      Cons

      Management, lies, always having the "numbers" be more important then the employee.
