      one of the worst places i've worked in regards to being treated as a decent human being

      Pay was decent, lots of overtime opportunity

      Cons

      they could really care less about you, as a technician you do the same boring things over and over again. upper management can be jerks and could really care less about you, it was a really big let down as a company with a lot of promises when they hire you. safety and quality are not the number one thing, the numbers are!!!

      Management doesn't seem to care about the people doing the work. No communication.

      Management looking to go public with IPO...will do whatever it takes to get there.

      Pros

      Material experts. Good exposure to Aerospace, Automotive, Oil and gas sectors. Small Company? Management sends everyone to self development training.

      Cons

      New middle management almost yearly. Dissatisfied higher ups will drive overtime to achieve metrics but without adding additional resources- it hurts moral. Very loose corporate structure- everyone is spread out. Organization is reactive not proactive. Current outlook is on future cash flows and cash reserves (focus on penny pinching).
