      Some of the employees are great

      Cons

      Lack of work-life balance. Limited growth opportunities; the company prefers to hire externally rather than promote or train internal candidates. A culture where colleagues quickly assign blame without understanding the context

      Pros

      This site used to be a great place to work. It used to do a variety of testing with thousands of small to big projects every year. It used to have great scientists that are knowledgeable and willing to teach fresh employees to become competent.

      Cons

      This site took a downfall since Element acquired it and hired a new manager to run it, with multiple levels of management within Element influencing the decisions being taken locally. Good people either left the place or are willing to take the first chance to leave. Projects number decreased drastically after a series of acts/decisions taken by the management (local or upper) that turned the place upside down.

      Company is constantly hiring for the same types of positions

      Cons

      Promote from within with no training, US leadership is MIA, if you don't work in the UK they don't care. Pay for your own travel, with never knowing when you will get reimbursed, because payroll is lost. IT has constant issues, can't get new hires equipment for start weeks at times. including logins and emails. Have Zero care for current employees. Are stuck in DEI and trying to fill positions with unqualified people. They will pay you good to start but then limit you in the position your in.
