Pros
My benefits and compensation were great. I loved working with my DIRECT co-workers and there was a great attitude amongst them.
Cons
Management will actively ignore your complaints, and dismiss any issues you have. HR will back up management despite any complaints you have. Depending on which department you work in, this will change. Medical is horrible, the leadership there will say to you, "If there's work to be done, you're not allowed to leave." OR "We require mandatory overtime." They will constantly berate you for the slightest failure, then treat you like crap for months to follow. If you're looking for somewhere to work, I hope you are VERY careful with this one.
