      Compliance with all safety and safety standards. Respect for work and the spirit of one team. There is always a chance to develop and renew skills, and learn new things

      Pros

      Most colleagues. Work can be interesting and varied.

      Cons

      Element don't give a damn about its staff, despite the corporate fluff that comes out at Director level. No investment in people and equipment on the ground in order to be able to actually deliver to customers - relentless intent on employing more and more Directors though . Unrealistic targets with the equipment and personnel, yet no desire to address this, just keep squeezing the people we have to the point where everyone has simply had enough. Expected to stomach a massive pay cut in 2018 despite increased profitability. I could go on....

      Pros

      You can receive great work experience and learn more if you desire it. Many opportunities are given to you if you work hard for them. Management is always recognizing those employees whom deserve it.

      Cons

      The company it’s a little disorganized but is working to be better. Measurements are being taken to change this problem.
