Pros

Growth is very possible at Element. They encourage development and growth. I started as a part timer in the filing room and progressed to a supervisor of 2 departments in 7 years, learning so much along the way.

Cons

Sometimes high pressure deadline environment during month end rushes isn't for everyone. Overtime is definitely expected during peak times which could be a plus or minus depending on the person.
