Great place to start but Don't expect a Career there

Cons
They say their workforce and testing professionals are their strength but only those willing to keep working without career advancement and Pay advancements. They make a lot of promises about their GREAT Career Ladder for your future but 7 years down the road with excuse after excuse that although deserving advancement the Economy, cost of acquisitions, and Corporate Restructuring make it impossible for your Career advancement at this time get back with us later this year. 4 years of ever 6 moths getting back with them and its never a good time. Why would they advance you and pay more while you are already doing the works at a cheaper cost for them. Established a Profit sharing program based on plant performance and come the second time they have to pay out they refuse to pay and change the program to be company wide while they continue purchasing companies that are operating at losses. The grueling amount of work pouring through with limited manpower and even if you meet time schedules every monthly progress meeting and corporate all staff is we can't meet our corporate goals unless you preform better and meet our customers timely expectations.
