      A horrendous place to work

      Pros

      There is high turn over so you get to meet lots of new people.

      Cons

      They really do not care for work life balance. They are poorly managed at all levels. Corporate operates like a loan shark. Does not invest for long term growth. You need to order stationary after a good month as the requests will be denied if you miss your target the last month.

      Pros

      Labs have stayed open during COVID-19 Pandemic, so I've stayed gainfully employed. Only senior leaders took pay cuts, so I was able to support my family. That means a lot during a time of great uncertainty.

      Cons

      Management can be slow to take needed action at times, which is a shame since I genuinely think that most believe in the company's mission and want to make the workplace a pleasant one for their employees.

      Pros

      Element has been a great organization to work for, and looking back, am extremely grateful I decided to come on board. The leadership is extremely intelligent and capable, and the people from top to bottom are energized, passionate, and eager to better the business and grow!

      Like most business, Covid-19 has forced us to think differently
