Pros

Element is a very well driven company with adequate attention to the business from Board level down to operations one. The Management is rather young, but extremely mature and aware of where the company stands in its desire to grow.

Cons

Still a few team members struggle to adhere to the dynamism of the company, but it is just a matter of time and more success to have all on-board with the project.

I've been at Element for a year now and believe what we do is exciting and very rewarding. There are some really great people here. Management cares a lot about our teams success and overwork themselves to do so. I am proud to be apart of something bigger.

Cons

I think the only cons are from the disgruntled employees who only leave bad reviews because I've had nothing but an amazing experience.
