-Great people to work with

Cons

-There are no sick days or paternal leaves. - Upper management (above the management at the lab) seems to not care about the employees. The reason it is so bad and upsetting because all the time they say how important their employees are but they do not treat us as such. Over the years, we have turned from a valued employee into more of a number. It seems like they care more about making "numbers" than the well being of the employees. -There is no room for growth.
