Pros
You make money, and some of the employees are awesome while others are very lazy, and they know that they can get away with it.
Cons
You will be taken advantage of if you are an intern. Expect to do all of the grunt work. This includes working 7 days a week not being able to take a day off, and working extreme overtime. The management will uproot you with a days notice telling you that you are going to a new project. They do not care about safety, and theres a lot of better internships out there with companies that do not look at the interns as disposable labor, trust me I have had one before them, and after them.
