Pros

The general culture is supportive and caring. The focus on health, safety and well being is genuine and driven from the top. Technical knowledge and expertise is highly regarded and the company has a strong team ethos. Working for Element does feel like working in a family business. A very big, growing family!

Cons

Underinvestment in non laboratory areas is sometimes an issue.
