Working for Element is definitely different to what I have been used to in the past. They will push you, but also support you and your ideas. If you are the type of individual that enjoys a working environment that is both challenging and exciting and you enjoy working within a team, then Element is for you.

Cons

Working for a large company can sometimes be frustrating as things don't always move as quickly as you would like. You have to keep on top of things and work smart yourself to reduce some of those frustrations.
