Pros
Element as a corporation was very promising. Corporate has good vision and direction. Perfect opportunity for people who want to get their foot in the door.
Cons
Unfortunately, the concerns I have are more directed to the site. Corporate only talks to the site managers and doesn't really understand what is going on at specific sites. Lack of leadership from management. Employees don't leave companies, they leave poor managers.
