      Pros

      The local team is among the most qualified and professional individuals I have ever worked with. The local leadership works hard to do try to keep employees engaged and satisfied.

      Cons

      Corporate leadership is failing to do much other than to acquire other companies. No infrastructure is being developed. Systems are outdated. IT is barely existent. HR and Payroll issues are considerable and constant.
