Management doesn't care about employees. No opportunities to learn and grow. Absentee management, some unfriendly coworkers. Lack of transparency and inclusion.

Ridiculously pathetic benefits. Only matched 1% on 401k after a year of employment. Hardly paid anything toward medical. Health plan choices were pretty dismal. HR rep in Huntington Beach was useless. Never replied to emails, couldn't get paperwork right, crappy attitude. Head of HR in Huntington Beach was just collecting a check, had no idea what the company did, or who any of the people in the company were. Absurd expectations and work load with zero training. Their idea of training was to watch 20 hours of filmed zoom calls. The material is highly technical and requires a lot of background information so training was crucial but not available. My weeks were often 60+ hours, partly because of the lack of training and partly because the expectations were just unreasonable. 30% turnover in 3 months should tell them something. Every day I got a new notice that someone else was leaving. I met a lot of people who were just quitting without a new job to go to because it was just such a bad place to work. This also caused inexperienced staff to be promoted to management before they were really ready or qualified to be managers, causing further problems.
