It's a very standard manufacturing/test & evaluation kind of job. M-F, some Saturdays, not a lot of surprises (which is a good thing).

Cons

Like any other line manufacturing or test & evaluation type company, work comes in ebbs and flows. You'll find a lot of people who have been with the company a decade, and a lot who have been there a year or less, with not much in between. But every problem I've seen is the same as anywhere else in the industry.
