As an 8 year veteran of Element, I continue to be energized in what I do and who I work for! It's all on how one looks at their daily work life...taking challenges given and convert them into opportunities for improvement! Element also offers a competitive wage, excellent benefits, team support, flexibility (especially important during these Covid times!) and encourages growth. As with any company, you must be engaged in order to appreciate and enjoy where and who you work for.

Element has an excellent culture around safety, quality, and integrity. I am very proud to work with this company, particularly after seeing how the organization has handled the very difficult COVID-19 induced constraints. The onboarding process is simple and the team is competent and trustworthy. There is a high level of accountability and partnership and I've truly never worked in an aerospace organization that places such a high value on the well-being, respect, dignity, and fair treatment of its staff.
