Pros

Many awesome and dedicated people in the IT team but they are too stretched. Could be a great place to work again, but not right now and I admire many people for keeping going.

Cons

London staff are disengaged from on the ground IT support. Too many consultants in IT who are not involved in the day to day and too many new toys being purchased without knowing how they fit together. It does not help when there is pressure to use favorite vendors many of who are poor and hinder our progress.
