Pros

Highly discounted health insurance, Free onsite gym with working showers (at my location)

Cons

Upper management lacks knowledge, not accepting doctor's notes for sick employees to excuse from attendance points, workforce is a joke, all around TERRIBLE attendance policy. The computer training is terrible. They replaced the real trainers with a computer program that they think will effectively train employees. Employee nesting "on the floor training time" has been tremendously cut down. Just not as great as it seemed when I got the job here. I would not have taken the job here if I would have known about the terrible policy.

Pros

Nice work environment (i.e., office space, parking deck, cafeteria, gym, etc.) Majority of people are knowledgeable and helpful Opportunity to learn and grown all within one company

Cons

Company is made up of various silos that do not collaborate Lack of true processes and procedures Ineffective middle management that is more focused on keeping status quo and checking boxes than improving the health of those we serve and being easy to do business with Lack of internal audit as well as follow up on audit findings to improve as a whole Limited advancement opportunity Poor communication -- not a two-way between Associates and Manager

Pros

decent benefits, strong stock performance

Cons

Associates endure annual RIFS each October/November and ever-changing business priorities. When they can't make plan through sales, they slash associates to reduce admin expenses. Frequent leadership changes.
