      Pros

      I have worked for other companies and Elevate has honestly been the place I have learnt, grown and been challenged the most. It is full of incredibly smart people who are passionate about their jobs and making a difference for students. The change and pivots can be tough. But I have been in other startups and it is a standard for any startup that is growing. May not be for everyone but it is a great learning environment if you can make it.

      Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of the Elevate K-12 journey. Incredibly passionate team & collaborative work atmosphere. Strong and tough leaders help us push our own boundaries. New systems built on performance management are great and guide us through our growth.

      Unlimited time Off and remote work

      Cons

      *No clear direction day to day. A lot of assumptions made without training or coaching a team to success. *company does not value their employees they have a mind set that everyone is replaceable and if they don’t like you or if they want to replace you they will. *Micro Management seems to be the go to management style * very cut throat and toxic environment that could be positively competitive instead there is no team work just a bunch of people trying to take down another.
