      Pros

      what I do here is so innovative and I love that we are changing how classrooms work and will work in the future. Very open and collaborative work culture. Leadership is incredible. We move from idea to execution fast. "Hustle non-stop" is the motto here.

      Cons

      Hustling is a skill needed to be successful here. Is you are looking for just a job this is not your place. Work here is a mission. So far I love it.

      Great program concept POOR Management

      Students love the concept of small group learning

      Cons

      - Poor management operation - lack of communication - poor accounting and payroll process - needs to process tax documents in a timely manner - operation is in a foreign country not out of IL

      You bond with the students and co-teacher You work from home

      Cons

      The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. They tell you to get certified for another state, that they are going to help you and then they lie and pull you out of your program. The supervisor will tell you they are corporations and push the student to finish the units. It's not about them learning or giving them accommodations.
