      Some great employees but company doesn't care about them

      Pros

      The remote work had flexibility and I worked with some awesome people.

      Cons

      The company and CEO claim to care about their employees but laid off a bunch of the employees last year right before Christmas with literally an hour's notice. Higher management micromanages even lower level mangers and does not allow for outside opinions event though they claim to. Teachers and Coaches are contractors and have no benefits, yet are expected to go above and beyond. Managers are worked to the bone, while being unappreciated, to the point that many that weren't laid off have quit.

      Pros

      The pros were dismantled. It used to be only one day in office (it is now 3). There used to be good people (they were all laid off or arbitrarily let go). They still do drinking outings though, so I guess there’s that.

      Cons

      Bad product, bad management, poor business decisions, cop-outs, managers that write fake reviews instead of fixing issues, HR that only protects the company, fake DEI missions, horrendous CEO.
