Pros

* Great working experience with exposure to new technologies and languages. * Challenging tasks that made the work enjoyable and intellectually stimulating. * Highly intellectual colleagues, creating a great environment for collaboration and growth. * Opportunities for learning and upskilling in various domains.

Cons

* Poor work-life balance with employees often working late into the night due to tight deadlines. * Lack of clear leadership vision regarding the product's future, leading to uncertainty. * Overburdened staff due to employee shortages, requiring the output equivalent to multiple people. * No job security even after putting in 14-hour days; promotions and layoffs can happen unexpectedly, with little notice. * Despite positive feedback and high performance ratings, employees may still face abrupt layoffs. * Role assignments can be unpredictable; employees might join for one position (e.g., software engineer) and end up performing a different role (e.g., QA engineer) based on the company’s needs.

Pros

1. Good work life balance. 2. Good teams.

Cons

1. They can fire you from your job just day after giving you promotion, so there is no job security. Even directors and whole team got fired in one go.
