      Pros

      Fast growing company, pay was the biggest incentive.

      Cons

      Watch your back. They lay off people about once a month and then repost your position 6 months later but won't ever call you back.

      We're glad you enjoyed the fast-growing environment and compensation. Though it is factually inaccurate to state Elevate K-12 has frequent lay-offs, we also recognize how difficult it can be for anyone impacted by an organizational restructure and do our best to assist with the transition.​

      Inspiring mission, huge potential on the business side, plus a dynamic, passionate founder & CEO. Company has recently brought on experienced leadership from top tech companies that will take the company to the next level!

      Company is still maturing some of its system and processes, but normal growing pains for company this size
