      Good employees, poor technology

      People are nice Flexible hours Work from home

      Cons

      Very low pay Cannot modify the lessons given to the instructor Teaching software does not support the fast growth of the company, so software frequently broke down; hopefully, problems are fixed now.

We value your opinion and as a rapidly growing company we are constantly looking for ways to improve our employee’s and contractor’s experience, and will be sure to consider your feedback when evaluating our technical platforms. We are working on ways to provide autonomy on lessons so they can be tailored to each individual instructor.

      Pros

      Nothing overly positive to highlight, interesting concept with potential to be great.

      Cons

      Not overly welcoming. The unlimited PTO is a joke - if you take it, you are still expected to define the level of availability you will provide even when on PTO. Its a way to not have to pay out when someone leaves or accrue the expense.
