Pros

I have only worked for Elevate for a few months, but it is one of the most positive working experiences I've ever had. Besides the wonderful perk of working from home, their emphasis on the student is primary. It is so rewarding and challenging to interact with students and see their skills improve.

Cons

Sometimes there are technical difficulties, usually on the school end, but it's a challenge to make it work. I also wish they would withhold taxes for part time faculty. Not sure why they don't.

Pros

Fun, fast paced work environment. Elevate K12 is a young, progressive company with an eye on growth and true change in the education world. An exciting place to work with great people. This job allows me to have a real impact on students throughout the country. Students can learn without the constraints of their zip code, and employees can have an impact on students all over the United States.

Cons

Work hours can vary and at times be long, but the work is rewarding. Traveling can be grueling at times. Having to be available on weekends when needed.
