They are providing options for schools that might not exsist to them otherwise

Cons

They do not care about their employees and are trying to figure out what they will become since their current model won’t last.

Our mission to make high quality teaching available to all students, irrespective of where they live would not be possible without our amazing Elevaters. We truly care for them and are thankful for the impact they make every day!

Good and Bad

Pros

People who try to help you.

Cons

If your CC cannot control the class you can be blamed. If your CC says not to say the name of the student when going "Good job XXX" then you get dinged on your reviews. I actually lost my job because of this. I was ordered by the school I was working for not to say names but I was dinged in my most important review for not saying names and told my contract was not being renewed one day after.

It’s great that you felt supported while teaching with Elevate K-12! Our teacher renewals are based on a number of factors, however, we understand the concerns about classroom management and how this influences the teaching experience.
