A culture that values collaboration, transparency, and accountability, with teams that genuinely support one another. I am grateful to the many colleagues and leaders I have collaborated with over the past decade, whose partnership and support have been integral to my professional growth at Elevate K-12. There is a strong sense of purpose in the work we do, knowing it contributes meaningfully to students, educators, and partner schools.
