      Flexible work arrangements (100% remote); co-workers are nice; fair amount of autonomy in the day to day work

      Cons

      Pay could be higher for the knowledge/experience that I bring to the table but they are pretty firm in what they can offer, not much room for negotiation; no clear date for a salary increase/raise; no annual bonus offered
