      Pros

      Elevate values it's people that are deserving of its trust. Often, I am asked why I stay in this company even though there are tons of opportunities outside, is because of the company culture I witnessed. Elevate Manila's culture is like a family that treats each other with respect. One of the best is also the work from home set up. The company's trust that you perform your job even you are outside its premises is beyond comparable.

      Cons

      There are some hires that are not fit to the culture of Elevate. It is a challenge but as long as Elevate sticks to its values and principles, I believe those wrong hires will naturally find their way out.

From day one, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the genuine support provided by the colleagues and management alike. The company culture emphasizes teamwork, creativity and continuous learning, making it stimulating environment for personal and professional growth. The leadership team is transparent and approachable, fostering a sense of trust and empowerment among employees.

      Like any workplace, there are occasional challenges but the supportive environment and proactive management make it easy to overcome them.
