Pros

Remote work and internet stipend.

Cons

Forced workers to sign new contracts for "voluntary" payouts during the start of the pandemic and kept pushing back when salary would be made whole. Meanwhile they forced more hours onto remaining attorneys and hired less experienced attorneys at higher pay rates. When I quit for mental sanity, I was reminded I can't get get recommendations from anyone there.

Pros

Good vision, nice people (some).

Cons

Lousy pay (forced pay cuts, including new hires - after offers made) Sales team competes against Executives/Founders for deals CEO has no control, company now led by head of sales and head of consulting - who do not work well together Burning lots of talent out, have lost a TON of good people in the last 18 months Can't deliver services being sold (even asking some people they laid off to come back for part time to help with sales - just to give appearance they can deliver, with no real intent to be able to deliver) MANY services being delivered by outsourced "white-labeled" partner companies (without disclosing this to clients) Company feels like it's on decline

Thank you for taking the time to recognize the strength of our vision and people and for providing us with feedback. The last two years have been challenging for the global workplace. Early on in 2020 companies made difficult decisions in the uncertain economic landscape presented by COVID. Many did mass layoffs, shutting down entire business units, or selling off parts of their business. Others opted for salary reductions. Elevate chose to take the approach that we are all in this together and to save jobs we implemented a 10% voluntary salary reduction applied to all Elevaters. Anyone claiming this would present a hardship was exempted from the reduction. Our Executive team took deeper cuts. Those reductions are no longer in force and salaries have increased across the company. As COVID changed the landscape of how we work into the future, in 2021, people chose to leave their jobs in record numbers. Our attrition at Elevate is up like most companies, but our flexible, virtual working environment where people can work when and where they wish has proved beneficial in holding that increase under 5%. We are looking forward to continued stability and a robust 2022. Please reach out to me if you would like to provide more detail on the concerns you present here. Your insight would be valuable and appreciated. Joyce Thorne, VP, Head of People joyce.thorne@elevateservices.com

Pros

I worked closely with most of the top executives for several years and there wasn't a bad person in the bunch. The chairman Liam is a genius and a great person. The best boss I've ever had who treated me as an equal even though we weren't.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind.
