      ElevenLabs truly has it all. Industry leading solution / clear PMF, incredible executive leadership and teammates, top VC-backing, amazing remote-friendly culture with hybrid optionality in NY, SF, London and Warsaw, and a rocketship trajectory. This is the place to be in AI.

      -Buckle up! If you are not ready for (and love) the blazing speed of AI technology, and a rapid internal pace, this is probably not a fit for you.

      Pros: **Collaborative Environment:** The company fosters a strong sense of cross functional collaboration, encouraging employees to share ideas and work together to achieve common goals. **Work-Life Balance:** The company promotes a healthy work-life balance, offering flexible working hours and remote work options to accommodate employees' diverse needs. **Innovative Culture:** The company values innovation and creativity, constantly seeking new ways to improve and evolve, providing an exciting and dynamic work environment. And lets people contribute no matter who you are. **Supportive Leadership:** Leadership is approachable and supportive, actively engaging on individual level which is unusual and great.

      Cons

      Improve: Fast pace: things are fast paced which is good in most areas but sometimes you can look up and have missed a conversation and then be out of the loop. So you have to really focus on staying and following conversations as they progress. This is innovation in general - there is no other way besides - so just trying to tag people and keep conversations open.
