There are a lot of staff that have been there for many years that are able to share a lot of information and really care

Cons

The new unprofessional untrained people that have come in are rude disrespectful, condescending the workload and expectations are unreasonable. A Very sad place to put it nicely the individuals that are not supported there. Abuse in lieu of neglect because staffing numbers being consistently low A constant roll over in management and DSP DSP’s alike

There is plenty of overtime all over at various locations.

Cons

You will get stuck if the company makes no effort to find coverage for a shift they knew wasn't filled, being inconsiderate to you and what you may or may not have going on at home. They will overwork you. If you become ill or in need of any leave, they will do their best not to give it and wrongfully terminate you instead. They care about the money they get from the state from the individuals but do not care about the individuals. Teens run the day program. Proper training does not happen. Individuals are assaulted, neglected, and abused by workers but the company covers it up. DO NOT WORK HERE. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. Management does not listen to DSP's about their thoughts on the wellbeing of individuals which in turn keeps individuals sick and unhealthy.
