Pros

Great location close to the Ferry Building and one black away from BART. Smart middle management, very good to work with and creative.

Cons

Lack of leadership from the Executive team. Management tend to encourage employees to hide matters from other employees such as a resignation.

Pros

Paraphrase the words of one of my ex-colleague, in the case of may ex ER/Studio team, all planets were aligned. This means, the best and competent management team I ever met, a very connected and close teammates, a challenging work and product, a good working environment, a good organizational culture etc

Cons

The earnings were not too good. A lot of people left the company from this reason. Also the strategic policy and decisions where not too wise/inspired
