Pros

- I suppose I can say that the software technologies used here were up to date, although some products were deprecated.

Cons

- remuneration was way lower than the median of other companies in the area; - not a really good chance to grow because at the end of the day any promotion was done on a personal basis; - teams working project changing really quickly (if you were one of the ones that were send in a new team, a couple of months you wouldn't have anything to work because the management didn't exactly figure out your new job); - people from US were send in Romania to visit their team, but no people from Romania were send in the US no matter their position in the management hierarchy; - people with same needs were treated different by the same management.

Pros

Great Colleagues. Flexible hours and generally low stress work environment.

Cons

Upper management continuously making terrible decisions. General lack of care towards employees. Shrinking workforce means more responsibilities.
