      Pros

      Company is very people focused. It’s a very passionate and collaborative team and a great place to work. They are the NICEST people. High growth so a lot of opportunity for talented folks to learn and grow with interesting problems to solve. Exec team takes the time to listen to feedback and is very transparent. There’s ZERO drama.

      Cons

      It’s a startup so that style environment needs to work well for you and you need to be motivated and self directed. Occasionally the dogs in the office are so cute you get distracted. No 401k match yet which is typical for this stage company. Would prefer Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance.

      Great People, Great Pups

      Pros

      My coworkers are honestly great people to work with. I have yet to meet a person in the company who I have not found to be kind, interesting, and fun to work with (and I've met *everyone* in the company). There's at least one dog in the office most days of the week, and they're great dogs. The problems being solved are meaningful, interesting, and scientifically driven.

      Cons

      On an average day, most people seem to eat lunch at their desks or in a meeting, so there's a little less built in socializing than at other places. No 401K matching (currently).

      Pros

      - awesome mission that every dog-lover can relate to - dog-friendly office! - have the opportunity to work with amazing, talented people. very motivating environment

      Cons

      - not necessarily a con, it is just the nature of every start-up. there are crazy days for sure, although we have dogs in the office so how crazy a day can possibly be when you have the chance the pet a pupper :)
