Good Benefits, Flexibility, Management tries to work with you regarding hours and days that you are available.

Cons

Vary little training, CEO is unreliable, Business lost sense of what their main goal was. Clients suffer due to lack of training and management getting involved.

Pros

If you enjoy working with kids and want to make a difference in their life this is a good job.

Cons

The pay is pretty bad for the amount of things you have to do and the stress you deal with. Some youth care workers have been hit bit and spit on for 10 bucks a hours.
