Pros

Leaders are competent, transparent and accessible. Benefits are fairly good, retirement matching. Health care super expensive, but HSA option is more affordable and they put in 2K into HSA yearly.

Cons

They do not provide regular pay increases and could be more competitive pay wise

I am forever grateful for my years at EmberHope Youthville. I worked with some of the nicest and most caring staff and management! The paid time off and holiday schedules were very generous and created a culture where we could take the time off we needed to refresh our minds, spirits and to spend time with family.

Cons

Hard question, I can't really think of any.
