relaxed culture, good technology, doing great work for children and families.

Cons

Leadership doesn't have a clue. They jump from one thing to the next with very poor planning and even worse follow-through. There are a number of new roles for executives that simply are the wrong hires without any relevant knowlege to make informed decisions.
