      Pros

      Generous PTO package, generally understanding of work/life balance, exposure to nearly every kind of health insurance product, there are some smart/talented leaders scattered throughout

      Cons

      General lack of motivation, little solidarity, very slow moving, poor/unresponsive HR department, not a whole lot of youthful energy coming in

      its a great company to work for. the benefits are excellent as well and the PTO structure. the company embraces diversity and most often promotes within.

      some posittions have no room for advancement. having a union can sometimes create problems when there are grievances. low pay
