Pros

Some people super fantastic and great to work with but they are few.

Cons

Organization hires a lot of grad students right out of Columbia (CEO's spouse teaches there) and then they throw money and promotions at these kids for grand presentations but zero work. It's a non-stop post grad seminar with not a single shred of tangible accomplishments. BTW, unless you can put your work aside and participate in super woke events, you are going nowhere.

No work/life balance. You are expected to do the work of 2 people. Directors play favorites and do not encourage growth or career advancement. Toxic work environment.
