Worldwide a Snake Pit...

Pros

Decent benefits and mostly work from home office.

Cons

Note that this is only a review of the Worldwide Campus--not the residential campuses. Over the last 10 years the Worldwide Campus has evolved into a snake pit of corrupt and incompetent managers. They lie, cheat, and steal in order to return a higher and higher financial "margin" to the university administration. It is utter corruption, where faculty are nickeled and dimed while the leadership spends countless millions on travel and other perks. There is little academic freedom, no shared governance, and differences of opinion with the leadership is met with threats and eventual termination. The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools should shut-down ERAU Worldwide for fraud and corruption.

Pros

The company has great benefits, lots of time off, and great pay. Most people are really wonderful

Cons

I had no training, my job description doesn't even come close to matching what we spoke about in the interviews, and my boss currently gives me no work. However, they expect me to look like I am busy all the time.

Pros

Living by the beach is great

Cons

No communication. No accountability for hirer ups and it starts with the president, what a perverted jerk. Typical beuracratic system that sends it's students into $100,000's worth of debt. Not transfer friendly either as most transfers will lose more than half credits.
