Pros

Get to attend amazing events.

Cons

Horrible work life balance. Once they know you’re a good worker, they will add more work to your plate. No compensation plan or raises. No room for growth unless you personally know someone on the leadership team.

We recognize that not every employee's experience will be what we would like it to be. Emerald operates in tough and competitive industries. We have looked closely at our compensation packages and now feel that we are more competitive. We appreciate you taking the time to share your views in writing.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective. We understand that experiences at Emerald can vary across different teams, and we take seriously any feedback that suggests management support fell short. Building a culture where every colleague feels supported, connected, and empowered is a top priority for us. We are working to strengthen manager–team relationships across the company through clearer communication, more consistent leadership development, and a focus on living our values every day. While we know this is a journey, we are committed to creating an environment where people feel heard, supported, and able to do their best work.
