      Opportunity to work with awesome brands, but the company does not value good talent.

      Get to attend amazing events.

      Cons

      Horrible work life balance. Once they know you’re a good worker, they will add more work to your plate. No compensation plan or raises. No room for growth unless you personally know someone on the leadership team.
