Cons

Anyone below director level is treated terribly. Gaslighting from the top down. Internal processes never reviewed, unattainable goals set with declining technical support - I could go on

Poor Handling of Harassment and Retaliation Claims

Pros

My manager is amazing and I have the flexibility of working from home. They are generous with PTO, family and sick leave- all very nice perks, especially in todays climate.

Cons

Though the HR representatives are nice and personable, unfortunately, for a company that touts its "employee first" policies, this company and its HR department could vastly improve their handling of harassment and retaliation claims in addition to the terms of confidentiality, transparency, and victim support.

As a company, we devote substantial resources to our Human Resources Department because it’s important to us to ensure that employee concerns are properly addressed. While we strive to do our best, we recognize that not everyone will be happy with our decisions. We also recognize that there’s always room for improvement, which is why we welcome constructive feedback from all employees. If employees believe they have experienced conduct that is prohibited by law or company policy, they are encouraged to report their concerns to the Human Resources Department, any member of management, or our anonymous reporting hotline. The Company has also established a Whistleblower Hotline that is staffed by an unaffiliated third-party service provider and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-855- MRLDXPO (1-855-675-3976).

Large amount of show they produce and not enough hands to help produce the events

But we are lucky to have people who are specialists in their professions and at the top of their game.
