      Pros

      Great culture, great benefits (unlimited PTO etc), lots of opportunities to travel and I absolutely love that it is remote.

      Cons

      I have no complaints except sometimes there are very tight deadlines and very last minute requests that need to be completed asap.

      -Supporting management leaders -Room for growth either laterally across brands or upwards in career progression -Lots of opportunities to work cross-functionally -Very committed to diversity across the workplace and pay equity across the organization -Several opportunities outside of your normal day - to - day to enhance your personal and career growth- Like toastmasters, and mental health guided meditations weekly -Progressive benefits package

      Cons

      -Our brands are siloed with many different leaders that don't always interact with each other. If we had the ability to interact more frequently I think there would be more cross-team opportunities vs. turnover

      Pros

      Nice friendly team with lots of social gatherings.

      Cons

      Not great parking but with the new office it should be better. Some problems dealing with customers with products installed for free without consent and having to explain the company manufactures but do not install.
