Pros

I am motivated to provide ideas as I feel that they are heard and valued. There's a very open communication style within my team, I can say what I feel and think without worrying about being judged or criticized. Everyone I have worked with in the company is very collaborative and open to learning from each other. This has been my experience even with the C-Level executives. I'm very happy here.

Cons

Not many team building events for people who work remotely. Individuals need to put in their own effort to build strong relationships as a new comer into the company.
