      Pros

      The vast majority of people that work here are amazing. Emerald, I give a one star. The company I worked for that was acquired, I give a four star.

      Cons

      Disconnected senior leaders. If your company was one of the many acquired by Emerald, prepare to have your bonuses, comp plans, great benefits , etc taken away. The continued bonuses for senior leaders while putting a moratorium on promotions and cost of living increases should be considered criminal.

      Pros

      Unlimited Time off (but good luck trying to use it). Many of the people that work on the show teams are great. Good for early career/entry level to gain experience and get some travel in.

      Cons

      Corporate “leadership.” Human resources (People &Culture?!?!?!). Attempts at company-wide programs i.e. diversity & inclusion, sustainability, have failed and seem like for perception only. Acquisitions and launches do not go well. Low-end and user-UNfriendly systems and processes. They just do a lot of things that result in resentment from employees and vendors; low morale is the new normal at Emerald
