Good benefits Ability to take classes to enhance skills

Cons

Call center agents are constantly hung out to dry as we are often the last to know about changes that effect scheduling. We get in trouble for incorrectly scheduling patients even though management never informed us about the particulars of that specific scheduling scenario. Poor training does not prepare employees
