Pros

Very Stable company to work for. Job security. No lay offs. You can definitely be employed with them for a long time. Tuition reimbursement they cover 80%. Paid training. Can apply for a new position after working in current position for 6 months.

Cons

Low entrance wages. College grad with a B.S. and A.S. starting pay $14hr. Benefits are mediocre. Very political place to work. Promotion is more so based on who likes you and not your skill sets. HR is hard to get in contact with even for employees. After a year and a few months I was promoted, and that was because I had to make it clear that I was ready and had to prove it! Some very talented people in my dept left because they were there for 2yrs or more and still at entry level. Mind you the promotion did not occur until they got a manager of color and all of these individuals were women of color. In my dept there are no Dr's of color. Annual 3% raise and with every promotion is a 8% raise. Surprisingly they are not flexible in scheduling if you are a student. They offer free classes for career growth yet you can't be off to take them. My advice work on the University side, they have it better than the healthcare side. Training is quick, but not nearly long enough and not thorough enough.

Pros

The company gives job stability.

Cons

Pay is not competitive. Strict on hourly associates but supervisors are only required to arrive in building and they disappear all day. Quality metrics sucks. Executives make you feel as if your job is in jeopardy daily.
